The celebration of each community mural is an integral element of the Creative Peace Mural Project.
Celebrating who we are is a very important part of life. At the end of the creation process a local celebration will be held to showcase the cultural excellence of local groups and individuals.
The celebration will require liaison with local civic representatives and government agencies as well as with local schools and performing arts groups.
The planning of the celebration will be the responsibility of the host community but advice and guidance will be provided, if needed, by the Created Peace Mural Society regarding the most appropriate format.
Celebrations have been an integral part of all previous mural projects.
